Feel the fear, do it anyway

Fear of rejection affects sales more than anything. As a toddler putting jammy toast in the video player you were told NO that’s naughty. Like phobias people learn quickly that NO feels bad and even guilty. As a result you don’t put yourself in situations where the possible answer is NO.

Action point:

Recognise when you ask a question the response will either be yes, no or lets negotiate.

No is simply information that the message or timing are not right. Go and get as many no’s as possible this month. You’ll be amazed.
