At this time of year we can face challenges around people, moods and emotions. How you are in yourself affects how other people are around you.

To manage your “state” find something that changes how you feel. Music that puts you in a great mood, a picture that relaxes you, a movement that makes you feel better like punching the air, a funky dance or going for a brisk walk. Know that when you use these tools you are in control of how you are as they actually change your internal chemistry and so change how you feel.
